Branding.. why is it important? You need to stand out from other Real Estate agents. There are thousands of agents competing in the same area as you, so you need to stand out above the rest. Being with a great brokerage that has a great brand is important, but getting your own style as well will make you stand out. In order to create your brand, look at ones that you like, not necessarily other agents but brands in general. Where do you shop? What do you like? What shoes are you buying? What brand, color, fonts, image and style are you most attracted to and why? This will help you a ton in creating your unique Realtor brand.
