If they are first-time homeowners, send them seasonal home maintenance tips. If they’re new to the neighborhood, email them some resources like upcoming events or great spots to grab a bite to help them settle in. 3. Take Notes
Having been in the industry for quite a while, you’ve worked with many clients, and it can be difficult to remember each and every one of them. We recommend keeping a record of personal details about your clients, including these four key pieces of information:

- The date they signed the contract and officially bought/sold the property.
